Monster Cookie Dough Ice Cream (No Churn!)

Edible Monster Cookie Dough
Ingredients
  • 65g (~1/4 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 14g (1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • 28 g (~2 tablespoons packed) light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 25g (~2 tablespoons) granulated sugar
  • 5 milliliters / 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60g (~¾ cup) rolled oats
  • ½g (¼ teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • ½g (1/8 teaspoon) salt
  • 56g (~1/4 cup) mini M&Ms
  • 53g (~1/4 cup) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; stir in vanilla
  2. Gradually stir in oats, cinnamon salt just until combined
  3. Stir in M&Ms and chocolate chips
  4. Set aside to make ice cream
