Is Memorial Day really this weekend?! Since I don’t want to think about wearing a bathing suit just yet, I’ll think about one of my favorite parts of summer… ice cream. Well, I eat ice cream all year round, but there is something so nostalgic about going out for an ice cream cone on a summer night.
