What is your shipping policy?

Our current shipper is UPS. We only mail orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to keep delivery time down. An email from UPS will be sent when your package is in transit. We recommend checking your spam folder if you have not received an email with tracking information within several days of your order. Keep It Sweet Desserts can not be held responsible if UPS determines a package is undeliverable or an address is incorrect. In that case, additional charges may apply. If you would like your package delivered on a specific day, please specify that in the order notes box at checkout and we will do our best to target that delivery date. Holiday orders will be shipped as close as possible to the date ordered. Please understand that during the holiday rush we may need additional time to prepare your order. If you need your order expedited please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your time crunch.

For estimates on shipping times please visit UPS.com and plug in 07086 as the origin zip code. For west-coast orders, we strongly suggest 3-day select. Most east-coast orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Shipping is not available for national holidays.
