This delicious food and the fun events with family and friends was definitely worth gaining a few pounds.  Better keep reminding myself as I fill up on vegetables over the next few weeks;-)

What memorable food did you eat this holiday season?

  1. I MUST make those Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Sandwiches! But… it’s 9pm. Maybe at a more appropriate time. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of them before. I’ve seen them with Ritz and need to try them as well.

  2. Any dinner with 8 desserts is OK with me :) And I love that you made trifle because it was snowing! That’s so something I would do!! Hope 2011 brings many more desserts!

  3. I am with you on the pants not fitting. I got on the scale last week and almost died from mortification. I ate SO many wonderful things this holiday! Lots of cookies, my mom’s apple pie, Christmas Eve hors d’oeuvres…the list goes on and on! Looks like you had a wonderful season full of friends, family and food! :)

  4. What a great cookie platter you used to display the Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies! ;)

  5. I had some good eats over the holidays too, but nothing that looks as amazing as everything you’ve pictured! Time for me to get back on track, which will be hard because those chocolate dipped peanut butter sandwiches are really calling my name! :)

  6. This sounds like one crazy awesome holiday season, in my opinion. Worth the pounds. But also worth eating the veggies now. So that next year, you can just start all over again.
