Keep It Sweet Desserts Weekly Wrap-up 1/9/16

Posted on January 9, 2016

As you read this, I’m headed to Charleston with Matt and L. I’m so excited for a week for the three of us to explore the city,  eat all the food, and just get some quality family time. Anything we must see or do while we are in town?

This will be our first flight with L since he was seven months so that will be interesting… We actually downloaded a bunch of Mickey Mouse videos on the iPad for backup. Between that, a few of his favorite books and some toys, hopefully we will all get there in one piece! Follow me on Instagram or Snapchat (@keepitsweet_LL) if you are interested in vacation photos.

  • ooooh good luck on the flight!! and have SO MUCH FUN in Charleston!

  • Have so much fun! I’ll be curious to hear how the travelling went with L, so I hope you’ll share :) We have a short flight to Atlanta coming up in March and I’m nervous as usual.

    • The flights really weren’t bad at all! On the way down we were able to get an extra seat and strap him into his car seat which made that flight pretty easy (minus a necessary diaper / outfit change……….). The biggest challenge was sleeping. He was terrified of sleeping there but we might also have been going through a sleep regression or it’s time to switch to one nap. Who knows!
